This monument is dedicated to Silvano Fedi, Giuseppe Giulietti, and Brunello Biagini, who were killed on July 29, 1944, in a Nazi ambush. It stands at the very site of the attack and was created by Umberto Bovi, funded through a public subscription promoted by the ANPI of Bonelle. Inaugurated on April 22, 1979, the monument depicts a disintegrating body, symbolising the sacrifice made for freedom. Nearby, a stone bears the names of the partisans who fell in the fight to liberate Pistoia.
